Ok to be fair, this is not exactly a dress. It is a Daisy Duck cape/cloak cum body warmer i bought from Tokyo Disneyland. It was winter and i was frozen to death!
Ironically I only used it once when i went to Universal Studio japan.
Very very warm!!
